These are unprecedented times.Be kind to yourself. Over indulged at dinner yesterday? Skipped workouts for a week? Unmotivated to call friends? Give yourself some time. Then slowly and when you feel you can, make a list of the things that make you feel better. Start slow, maybe one thing a day and forgive yourself if you miss a day or cheat. You will get back on track…you have to believe in yourself…because I sure do. May 20. 2020
